This weekend conference is being organised by ArtServe, the new organisation formed by the Methodist Church Music Society to support the use of all creative arts in worship.

As an organisation we are committed to the development and support of all forms of creative arts that can be used to enhance our worship.

Our conference will reflect this aim and will have a number of themes running through the weekend. Obviously due to our background there will be a strong musical theme and we hope to reflect varying musical styles used in worship.

The use of other creative arts will form the second theme for the weekend and we shall be exploring the contribution that these can make to our worship.

Our final strand for the weekend will look at some of the practical issues associated with organising worship.
