BOOKING INFORMATION

ACCOMMODATION IS LIMITED.

Demand is likely to be high so early booking is advisable. There are only a limited number of en-suite rooms and bookings will be handled in order of receipt. It may be necessary for some single people to share rooms. There are a few bedrooms for families and there are special rates for children. Any refunds are at the discretion of the Conference Secretary and will only be given in cases of emergency or hardship.

A non-returnable deposit of £25 per person is required with the completed booking form.

Your booking will be acknowledged as soon as possible following receipt of your form. The balance of the conference cost should be paid by 1st September 2008. Final instructions will then be sent out.

A limited number of day visitors may be permitted - contact the Conference Secretary for details availability - cost £30 per person/day including meals.

Pets are NOT allowed either in rooms or left in cars. Guide dogs for the blind ARE permitted.

For financial help towards the cost of the weekend first contact your local church/circuit/district. A limited number of bursaries are available from MCMS details from John Bailey
